Student Studio Sign-out

This form is used for students currently enrolled in Theatre and Drama courses and students majoring or getting a certificate in Theatre and Drama (T&D) to sign-out studios for rehearsal use. 

Please try to submit this form at least 24 hours prior to the selected date.  This process is manual and requests made during the weekend will be processed that Monday or Tuesday.

Sign-out time slots are 60-minutes (1 hour).  You can request additional time in the comments field. 

We have reserved both Vilas 1090, 1132, 1139, and 1153 in blocks so that students can reserve space as needed. The large rooms (1132 and 1153) are primarily booked for groups.

There are some exceptions for already scheduled University Theatre needs.  All reservations are subject to change if additional needs arise for UT or student projects.

Students will receive a confirmation or follow up email from studentstudiosignout@theatre.wisc.edu after submitting this form.  Once a booking has been confirmed students will need to bring their WisCard to the Theatre and Drama Main Office (Vilas 6173), in order to have electronic lock access, if they haven't done so already.  Most students will be added in the first couple weeks of classes.
