Rachel Heikkinen

Research

I am currently working with Caglar Uyanik researching geometric group theory, automorphisms of free groups, and Outer space.

My previous research has been conducted in REUs at the University of Michigan, Dearborn under Tian An Wong and at Iowa State University under Steve Butler. My collaborators were Nic Berkopec, Jacob Branch, Elena D'Avanzo, Joel Jeffries, Alyssa Kruczek, Harper Niergarth, and Caroline Nunn.
