Registration
There are two types of registration (Professionals and Graduate Students).
1) Professionals (Industry, Professors, Postdocs):

We encourage you to register as soon as possible, as there is limited availability.
After registering, you will need to pay a Registration Fee ($1,800 MXN). The payment portal will open on June 1, 2024. Details on payment and event logistics will be sent to registered participants via e-mail.
The Registration fee provides full access to the five days of the workshop, a welcome kit, coffee breaks, and access to the social events scheduled for this workshop.
Travel expenses such as transportation, meals and accommodation will be covered by participants and is not included in the registration fee.
2) Graduate Students:
If you are a Graduate Student interested in participating in the workshop, please register here [link]

The registration for graduate students closes on June 15th, 2024. The results from the application will be announced shortly after the deadline; details on scholarship and event logistics will be sent to accepted participants via e-mail.
Selected participants will be provided a scholarship to cover their registration fee.
The scholarship provides full access to the five days of the workshop, a welcome kit, coffee breaks, and access to the social events scheduled for this workshop.
Travel expenses such as transportation, meals and accommodation will be covered by participants and are not included in the registration fee.
Candidates that are not selected to receive a scholarship can still attend the workshop by paying the Professionals registration fee ($1,800 MXN) using the link provided for Professionals.
The following requirements and criteria will be used to select graduate students for the scholarship:
Be a full-time graduate student in a Mexican university or research institute.
Candidate must be conducting research in process systems engineering or related topics.
Submit a nomination letter by the research supervisor (free format).
Candidate must submit a personal statement that articulates the reasons why they are interested in attending the workshop (500 words).
No more than three applications per institution should be submitted and at least one applicant must be identified as a woman.
