The student welcome letter at the beginning of the semester explained how to reach Mike via Corrlinks.
It's also worth mentioning these concerns in our instructor meetings. You are the first (and main) point of contact for our students, so sharing this info helps keep our staff aware.

Oakhill students can meet with Adam in classroom 209 at the following times (when there's movement):
Mondays: 9:00AM - 1:30PM
Tuesdays: 9:00AM - 1:30PM
Thursdays: 9:00AM - 1:30PM
Adam is not on site and works remotely on Wednesday's and Friday's. Jen Simpson is your best contact for the days and hours that he is not on site. Jen Simpson is DOC's post-secondary coordinator and works on the same floor as the classroom Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Current Oakhill students can also reach Adam via the LMS.
Adam will provide support to students in the following areas:
Study skills and academics (general help)
Clearbooks/LMS use and problems
General mental support (self-conception, anxiety, etc.)
Arranging advising meetings
Financial aid applications (in the future)
Since he is on site, he will be managing our recruitment and enrollment process in the future.
