2021: Interdisciplinary Research in Education Sciences Research Mentor 

2021: Summer Education Research Program (SERP) Research Mentor 

2013-Present: Mentored post-baccalaureate and senior undergraduate students with graduate school application and selection process.

2006-Present: Wrote employment, education, and fellowship recommendation letters for students.

2017-2019: Responsible for a team of undergraduate student and post-baccalaureate research assistants assisting in two studies examining educational policies in Illinois school districts. 

Hired, managed, and mentored multiple research assistants, as well as ran weekly lab meetings and provided professional mentoring.

2017: Directed the activities of two Northwestern undergraduate students participating in the Summer Internship Grant Program.

2012-2014: Managed laboratory meetings and directed tasks of several undergraduate students for principal investigator of a large, NIH-funded study, including training students in the collection and processing of cortisol samples, data entry, coding and statistical techniques, and the creation of a conference research poster.
