My Purpose
Offer professional coaching to residents and fellows at the UWHC to assist in reducing burnout by re-connecting trainees to their values.
Why Coaching
We will start by identifying primary areas you want to change.
Next, we will list your values and explore if your actions are in alignment with our values, which will support your sustainable change.
Often we explore you habits, what triggers them, and alternative responses / actions to practice that support your values. When your actions do not support your values, you experience being stuck or blocked.
The goal is to make deliberate choices that serve you rather then act habitually to triggers that don't serve you.
