Barron County 4-H Record Book/Achievement 

RECORD/SHOWCASE OPTIONS

There are many ways to keep records of your involvement in 4-H.   Below is a description of each style accepted.


4-H Project Record Form: This is a simplified version of a 4-H Record.  It can be used by any member for basic achievement for any project area. (PDF | Doc)  *for livestock youth to be eligible for next year's sale, they must , the achievement record must be about livestock animal - financial record may be sales cost analysis form | all other youth may choose any project


3rd and 4th 4-H Project Record Form:  This is a simplified version of a 4-H Record that is perfect for Exploring 3rd and 4th graders.  3rd and 4th Graders are encouraged to add a Cover page and be creative.  These are eligible for Bronze level awards for 3rd and 4th graders only! (PDF | Doc)

CONTEMPORARY 4-H RECORD/SHOWCASE

A Record that uses the latest requirements and information from the forms, but not necessarily on the provided forms.  These can be submitted as a printed book or electronically.


Contemporary 4-H Record/Showcase (EXAMPLE)


POWERPOINT, GOOGLE SIDES, WEBSITE or SIMILAR  - A visual software or web application presentation of 4-H records and members learning and reflection.

Powerpoint, Google Slides, Website (EXAMPLES)


**All submissions MUST follow the order of the scoring rubric and include required information.



The above Record Book options are all eligible for achievement, awards, and recognition as long as they include all levels
