ABOUT THE CASE
PROMPT/TASK
Select either Spotify or AirBnB to conduct an user experience analysis. Through this analysis, find a singular pain point to fix in your case presentation. Your solution should be feasible and capable for the company - meaning financially realistic yet creative with a marketing and sales go-to-market plan.
The creative freedom of this competition allows participants to revamp an existing experience within these companies (take an existing feature and make it better) OR create a new feature to satisfy the customer pain point (your own idea!).
OBJECTIVE
To develop creative and practical solutions that address an identified pain point, showcasing an understanding of user needs, business goals, and product management skillsets for Spotify or AirBnB.
