Loop to leads are when the workshop starts and ends with the same or a similar activity. Why would you use a loop to lead? Loop to leads are a great way to provide continuity and demonstrate growth throughout the workshop.
Here are some examples of activities that can be used for loop to lead:
Props: Parachute (optional)
Starting Activity:
Play all my neighbors like you usually would (can be found under "Get to Know Yous")
Closing Activity:
Instead of using the standard get to know you prompts, have a facilitator call out prompts, and if the participant agrees, the will switch to a new spot
Suggested Prompts:
I got to know someone new today
I learned something about myself today
I feel more connected to my team after today

Do a group drawing with one of the following prompts or one of your own choosing:
Draw something that represents your group
Draw the strengths of your group
Closing Activity:
Do a group drawing with one of the following prompts or one of your own choosing:
Draw how your group have grown or evolved today
Draw how you want to see your group grow and evolve in the future

Opener:
Play either icebreaker wheelies (found under get to know yous) or comfort zone wheelies (found under participate by choice)
