The Tri-County Performing Arts Festival is more than a competition—it's an opportunity for 4-H youth to develop crucial life skills, express their passions, and build confidence. Scheduled for [ DATE TO BE DETERMINED ] , at Elk Mound High School, this event is open to all 4-H members, including Cloverbuds. Registration will begin at 9:00am, Performance ending time and award program will depend on number of registrations.

The festival features a variety of music and drama categories, allowing participants to showcase their talents in vocal, instrumental, dance, and novelty performances, as well as on-stage dramas, mini-dramas, skits, and more. Each performance is designed to help youth build confidence and express themselves creatively.

Participants will receive critiques and recognition for their performances, with ribbons and certificates awarded to all. Special awards will be given for outstanding achievements in various categories, celebrating the unique talents and efforts of each participant.

This festival not only helps youth develop important skills but also fosters a sense of community and enthusiasm within the 4-H program. Volunteers are welcome to help make the event a success, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment for all participants.
