Pre-Event Information

Packing List

• Completed & Signed Health Update Form (for all youth)

• Required medications (please do not bring Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Benadryl)

• Casual, comfortable clothing

  • • Plan to wear your Fall Forum t-shirt Saturday (will receive at registration)

    • Sweatshirt or sweater if the rooms are chilly

    • Comfortable walking shoes 

• Personal hygiene items (toothbrush/paste, deodorant, shampoo, etc.)

• Refillable Water Bottle (labeled with your name)

• Favorite board/card/dice game (optional)

• Materials for taking notes, writing ideas, etc.

• Bag for carrying your stuff between sessions

• Great attitude!!

Registration Fees

Registration Fee Options: (includes meals, breaks, facility fees and supplies)  

• $85 registration fee per person through September 21; $95 per person September 22-26 - Friday – Sunday (3 meals Saturday, 1 meal Sunday)

• $65 registration fee per person through September 21; $75 per person September 22-26 - Saturday (lunch and dinner)

Lodging is available Friday and Saturday night. 

• Triple/Quad Occupancy: $35 per person per night ($70 per person for two nights)

• Double Occupancy: $50 per person per night ($100 per person for two nights)

• Single Occupancy (adults only): $110 per person per night ($220 for two nights)

Youth Protection policies apply, therefore adults may not room with youth who are not their children.
