• Collaboration: How do you work with others (including adults!) to get things done?

• Global Competence: How does a local issue here in Cincinnati connect to the wider world? (That's the "glocal" part!)

This is where your learning pays off. You'll work with your team and your school's facilitator to identify a problem that matters to you and your community.

• Implement It: Follow your plan, lead your team, and make your idea a reality.
