About Ms. Turgeon

Hello! I am a first year teacher here at Winthrop High School, but after falling in love with WHS's environment, I am overjoyed to meet and work with each one of my new students! I will be teaching all freshman. I graduated from the University of Maine Farmington with a bachelors degree in secondary English education, and a minor in community health. 

Outside of school, I love reading, spending time with my dogs, friends and family, and being outside in the sun. I also work part-time as a lifeguard for the YMCA and teach Red Cross Babysitting, First Aid/CPR/AED classes.

This site features all the information and digital artifacts students will need to be successful in my class. Additionally, it includes a variety of parent resources and ways to contact me!
