About WGS P.E:
-WGS takes pride in inclusivity when it comes to Physical Education. Not every student has a love for sports and that is understood here. In our P.E. class, we use sports skills in order to learn more about our body, skills and limits. However, we will rarely play the sport in its full form. Classes will play smaller games that use our skills but are less deterring than the full sport. For example, we will not play 5v5 basketball during our basketball unit, we will play games like Hot Spots and Treasure Island that continue to work on all of our skills, but are more enjoyable for the entirety of the student body.
- In P.E. we understand that every student and every person has differences and those differences are celebrated. My class is an opportunity to work on skills no matter what level students are at.
