I grew up in Rock Hill, SC.

I graduated from Winthrop University with a Master's degree in Counseling and Development with a concentration in School Counseling in May 2021. Previously, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Middle Level Education with concentrations in English Language Arts and Social Studies from Winthrop University in May 2018, as well.

This is my fifth year being a middle school counselor, and seventh year overall In education. 

I have been fortunate enough to have taught 5th grade social studies and science, and 8th grade ELA/ English 1 prior to completing my Master's degree.

I love to travel, and my favorite travel place so far has been Kenya, Africa.

My favorite sport is football. Go Steelers!

My hobbies include shopping, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
