Have a wonderful summer!

Please see the tab at the top labeled "Student Learning Opportunities". This is where all of the weekly lessons were posted and will remain for the summer months. Thank you to all of our students who sent in pictures and videos. Your hard work and creativity shine through! You can find them below under our farewell messages to the fifth graders.

Update: Winthrop Public Schools will be closed for the remainder of the school year.

Our student learning opportunities and resources are not intended to replicate your child’s school day or learning experiences. They are however useful to support learning, promote academic engagement, and assist in skills maintenance during the disruption to school-based learning. We would like our parents to encourage their children to engage in these opportunities. By taking advantage of these opportunities, it will help minimize the disruption in learning. It is strongly suggested that students engage in the learning opportunities each day (Monday through Friday) in their core subjects as well as choosing two specials to engage in each day. Please know, these learning opportunities are expected although they will not be graded.

Here at the Cummings School we have always practiced our core values - Persevere, Respect, Inspire, Dream, and Engage. We call these our "High Five For Pride!" Please remember these values while you are at home helping our community to get through this challenging time. We are asking that you practice five more important things right now - "Do the Five" to help stop Coronavirus.
