Welcome Back!
I am super excited to announce that we will be together again this year! I have been moved to not only 7th grade English, but also to the 7th grade Keyboarding and Technology Applications course! The good news is, typing and writing definitely go hand in hand so we will be crossing over in that class quite a bit. Before you know it we will all be super proficient at typing and will be able to knock out an essay in no time. I am really looking forward to this time together because it will give us more time to strengthen those writing chops and I anticipate having a bunch of wonderful young authors by the end of the year.

Meetings
With all of the uncertainty floating around this year, I would prefer to hold any parent/teacher conferences in Zoom meetings. I would like to start holding the first set of meetings beginning Tuesday, September 8th. These meetings will be informal to let you know what I anticipate for your child and for you to ask any questions or express any concerns. Please be on the lookout for a Google Form to sign up for a date and time. My goal is to have met with at least one parent/guardian of all of my students by Friday, September 25th.
***UPDATE: Below, you will find a google form to sign up for a Zoom meeting with me. We will discuss how your child is doing so far and what to expect from tutorials should your child need them.
