Application Fee: $35 per application, one application per adult
Main Criteria for approval
At least 3 times the rent amount (600*3=$1800) in verifiable income (need minimum of 2 paystubs)
No drug or sexual felonies (other felonies are on a case-by-case basis)
No drug misdemeanors
No evictions, recent bankruptcies, etc.
References required
Credit score of 600 or better preferred
Pet Policy:
Pets may be permitted in some apartments with the following requirements
Max weight of 20 pounds
No more than 2 pets
Additional Fees apply, $200 non-refundable pet fee prior to move-in and $25 per month pet rent
Housing Choice Vouchers:
Many, but not all of our units, will qualify for a housing choice voucher.
