Skillingtowin - Platform
Skilling remains a critical imperative for Social Impact in India and elsewhere.
Sustainable and scalable social impact requires competencies to implement novel processes and solutions on a mass scale, among the communities, including rural, tribal and urban-slums. In turn, this requires skill based training for a large number of people across age, gender and social groups, enabling them to implement these technologies, solutions and processes.
Skilling to WIN platform aims to enable Skilling organizations, NGOs, Institutions and independent skilling professionals, to create and offer skilling programs in wide variety of social impact domains, including water and sanitation, health, energy and so on.
For the learners, the skilling programs aim not just to specific projects or technologies, but also equip the learners to seek better quality of life and livelihood, and offer continuous learning opportunities for further growth in personal and professional achievements.
