In an effort to serve children in need of support during this unsettling time and provide continuity of care for our current customers, please note the plan below.
Compass Health Network School-Based Therapists are available to provide therapy by telephonic technology. New Medicaid only therapy referrals can be made each morning between 8 am – 10 am by calling your school district’s School-Based Therapist or by calling Compass’ main appointment # 844-853-8937 and identifying that you are making a new school-based therapy referral. When making a referral the name and contact information for parents will be needed. School-Based Therapist will connect with families, gain verbal consent to begin services, and then will begin delivering therapeutic sessions at an agreed upon time. We have also added a new Access/Disaster Hotline:
#888-237-4567, Open M – F from 7 am – 7 pm.
