Process

We discussed together what potential issues are going on within the theme of food waste. This was a very important step because it would help us figure out what exactly our product needed to solve.

We researched this topic heavily, and found it to be very common in schools with pre-packaged lunches. Kids often complain that there pre-packaged school lunches are cold and soggy. We tried to figure out a way in which we could stop this problem, to better the environment and stop food waste. 

For our ideation process, we came up with as many potential ideas as we could think of to pitch to our client. The first client we met with liked our idea, so we then got feedback from multiple people. This is important because we needed a lot of ideas so we could appeal to as many clients as possible

We pitched our idea to parents, Windward faculty, and students at the Windward Community Forum. When poeple came up to us we presented our product. We got a lot of positive feedback, and helpful information for the future. We hope to get our product into many schools in the near future.
