The issue

Before created a protoype or even any ideas we thought of many different issues that fall into our theme. Our group figured out that we are very passionate about mountain biking. we then figured out that every year there are  a ton of mountain biking injuries and our goal is to cut those injuries down by alot.

Research and define

After that we narrowed our very wide topic to one thing. mountain biking injurys based on people going above their skill levels and hurting themselves. we ended up finding out that our own group member is someone who suffers from this. so we decided to make him our client so we can keep him and many others safe.

Ideate

Test,Iterate,Implement

After we came up with our initial idea we began building it, testing it and making any changes that we and our client thought were nescesary to make the best product possible. we also collected much data along the way.

In videos 2 and 3 we use an intercative element which in this case was a game where Max used cards which had different runs of varying difficulties. The challenge though was to pair these runs with the corresponding level being green, blue, black, or double black. Most people made many mistakes which proved how many mountain bikers misjudge the diffciculty of a run.
