Transportation/Lodging: This will be a self-transport event; teams are welcome to coordinate their own lodging if they don't want to drive down each day.

VEX has two major events (Nationals and Worlds) at the end of the season. These are optional events; however, this is what the students work towards every year.
Each of these events have individual registration fees for each team that qualifies, in addition to the following:
Cost will include travel, room and board
VEX funds may help offset, if available
Parents would be responsible for additional funding
