No Home Wi-Fi/Internet

You can work on Google docs of offline without accessing the internet, but you will need access to access your assignment sna upload/submit work.

Wi-Fi hotspots are available from the public library.  If you don't have a card you'll need to go with a parent.

The other option is using your phone as a hotspot.  On the andriod I use, it is under settings/tethering, but all phones are a little different.
