About Mrs. Readnour

In May of 1993, I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University located in Cape Girardeau, MO. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a major in English and a minor in Forensic Communication. I hold Missouri certifications in the following: English (Grades 7-12) Journalism (Grade 7-12), English Language Arts (Grades 5-9), English Language Literature and Composition (grades 9-12), and Elementary (Grades 1-6).  

From 1993-1999, I taught English I and II, Creative Writing, and Journalism (yearbook, newspaper, and darkroom photography) at Herculaneum High School. I stayed home with my children from 1999-2008. In December 2010, I accepted a 7ELA position here at Windsor. I  moved to 8ELA in 2012.  

My husband and I have been married for 32 years and have three adult children.  As a family, we enjoy traveling, playing cards, watching movies, hosting corn hole and basketball gatherings as well as Bible studies and acapella singing nights.  We find wealth in the blessings of time with family and friends.
