Your new password needs to be:
12+ characters
Include uppercase (ABC), lowercase (abc), numbers (123), and symbols (!@#)
Hard to guess (no names, or birthdays) and different from others you use
If you've forgotten it, you will have to reset it: click here. You will need the phone you set up for security texts/calls.
If this is your first time signing in, find your temporary password in the email from Admissions.
Click the circle top right (with your initials or picture)
Click Sign in with a different account
Click Use another account
It should be ok again now - click here to try and log in again.

Size: under 10Mb
To find the file size:
On a PC, right click, choose Properties.
On a Mac, right click, choose Get Info.
On iPhone & Android: swipe up on the image
Type: It will accept PDFs, standard image types (JPG, GIF, PNG), Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and a handful of others.

To screenshot:
On a PC, press Print Screen (or Windows key + Shift + S). Paste it into your email.
On a Mac, press Command + Shift + 3. Attach it (usually saved on the Desktop).
On iPhone, press the Side button and Volume Up button at the same time. Attach it from the Photos app.
On Android, press the Power button and Volume Down button at the same time. Attach it from the Gallery app.
