Q: Do you clean inside and out, or outside only?

A: That's  up to you. Whatever you would like. Nothing more, nothing less.

Q: How will you clean my windows?

A: The best way, whatever that is for your windows. My goal is to wow you so much that you never even think of using another window cleaner again  (besides me, of course.) Sometimes I will use traditional methods like a washer bar and squeegee, while other times I will use higher tech methods like a water-fed pole and  ultra-pure, deionized water; whatever is the safest for both me and your windows while also providing the best results possible.  

Q: Do you do pressure washing?

A: Nope. My motto is "one thing, done well." (Plus, my insurance company would charge me through the nose.)  

Q: How high can you reach?

A: The tallest ladder I own will get me to second story windows. For anything higher than that I have the water-fed pole. This lets me clean up to fourth story windows with both feet planted safely on the ground. Chances are, if somehow you do happen to have a window that I can't reach, it's in such a dangerous location that neither one of us wants me to try to clean it. 

Q: Do you take __________? (eg. Venmo, PayPal, credit cards, etc.)

A: [sigh] Yes, but prefer not to. Each one of these services takes a percentage of the total even though they don't send a single person to help me clean the windows. Since I'm doing all the work, I would prefer to keep all the money in my own pocket so I don't have to raise prices to cover their added expense. Cash is good, but a check I can deposit from my kitchen table.
