Membership Application Form
All cast members need to register as members of the company. Any adult helpers also need to register as members. (Anyone who was part of Popstars in Nov 2024 is already registered as a member)

Submission of Unavailability
Each cast member is required to submit their availability individually. As we have an intesnsive rehearsal period it is essential that unavailability is kept to an absolute minimum. Please provide your availability here.
Show Top Order Form
Anyone involved in the production is able to order a commemorative hoodie or polo. BYO garment is also an option. They can be ordered here.
Due date for these orders is the 28th Feb

Program Bio
We will produce a printed souvenir program for this production. Each cast member will have a short bio to go alongside their headshot (which we will be taking during the rehearsal period on a date to be advised).

All cast, crew and any parent helpers aged over 18 will be required to have a current Working with Children Check, VIT or Police Certificate of Identity.
This will need to be sighted and checked off by our Production Management Team. You can apply for one free of charge as a volunteer at the link below. Please ensure that you list Windmill Theatre Company as an organisation that you volunteer with.
