The WINDHAM CENTRAL SUPERVISORY UNION LOCAL STANDARDS BOARD is to recommend the re-licensure of teachers and assist them in developing Individual Professional Learning Plans (IPLP).

The WCSU Supervision and Evaluation Plan aims to maximize student learning by providing all teachers and administrators with a process for continuous improvement through goal setting, collaboration, and reflection based on the Vermont Core Teaching Standards.
