All HOA dues are collected by our management company and used to maintain our neighborhood. The homewoner is responsible for remitting fees in a timely manner. Every year in the late fall, homeowners receive payment booklets for the entire calendar year.
Deadlines are:
January 1
April 1
July 1
October 1.
There is no penalty for prepayment. There are three ways to remit payment:

If you have issues creating a login please email Fieldstone's ComWeb Support at Support@ComWebInc.net. Be sure to include the name of your association and that you are a client of Fieldstone.

Please make sure you have access to the online portal and then contact your bank to use this feature. If you pay your dues through your bank's online bill pay, please note that they will send a paper check. Please allow for delays with the USPS.
If the check has not posted to your homeowner portal, please contact your bank to get a copy of the canceled check so that it can be tracked. After you have a copy of the canceled check, please reach out to your Property Manager, otherwise they will not be able to assist you.
