This website is a great resource for parents who are looking for extra practice with their child! Here, you can find the Home Link practice pages for each lesson that we do in class. **After clicking this link, select "5th Grade" under the EM4 Edition section. Once you check my lesson plans for what Unit and Lesson we completed that day, you can choose the corresponding Home Link practice sheet through here! Answers are included for these practice pages as well on the website.
In addition to the practice pages, if you scroll down after clicking the link provided, you'll also find additional parent and student resources that would be great to have your child complete at home for more practice if needed. Some websites listed under the Helpful Links for Parents that I would recommend include IXL and Khan Academy, which are both free to use.
This is the link for students to log on to the EM4 student website, which has many games and activities that are great for practice at home. Just choose your math class and type in your password. If your child doesn't remember their password, please message me through Parent Square, and I'll send it over!
Khan Academy is a FREE math website that both students and parents can use to help them understand math concepts and provide extra practice. This is a great resource to use at home for students to practice specific skills and get instant feedback on how they're doing.
IXL is another FREE website where students can practice their math skills! This site has an area called the Fluency Zone, which is great for students who need some extra help with multiplication and division facts.
