About Me

Hello! I joined the Windber Area High School in the 2020-2021 school year. I am so excited to continue my journey as a Rambler. After graduating from Greater Johnstown School District in 2015, I furthered my education at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (Go Pitt!). I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree for Secondary Mathematics and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics. In 2019, I was hired at Windber as the Girls' Tennis coach, which was one of the greatest experiences ever! I plan to continue coaching the sport for as long as I can!..... We are always looking for new girls to join the team! I most recently graduated with my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

I have 2 sisters and am an aunt! I am an animal lover with 2 dogs, 2 cats (both rescued), and a few chickens. My family owns a cabin in Bedford, which we spend most of our summers and weekends in the fall there. I love all of the Pittsburgh teams (Pirates, Steelers, Penguins, and Panthers). Staying active is very important to me. I play in a softball league over the summertime to keep active.

I have always loved math and always knew I wanted to help people while working with math.... Which is why I became a math teacher. I want to show students how important math is to our everyday lives. Math helps your mind grow and also teaches you hundreds of skills without you even realizing it!

I try my best to help people as much as I possibly can. If you are having issues in my class, please do not hesitate to come ask me for help. I will do my best to help you accomplish what you need to understand.
