Interventions are looking to support students needing Tier 2 and Tier 3 level of support. All students access Tier 1 instruction. Tier 2 can be intervention or enrichment through skill groups.

Look at the specific skill needs from spelling inventory/DIBELS
Are they needing intervention or enrichment?

Look at specific skills within the subskill assessed (typically NWF and ORF)
Look at specific errors and plan new instruction accordingly
Monitor groups and look to make changes if needed

Supporting all learners can be a challenge--use the information you gather each day to help you understand what they need.
Most importantly, work towards teaching students so that skills stick and reach long term memory. They need to reach mastery of skills.
