CLASSES/SCHEDULES:
---1st hour 1st semester (8:20-9:02) WELDING is a semester class-- Students will learn safety, measuring, cutting torch, different types of welding and fabrication of metal to build/repair projects.
***--1st hour 2nd SEMESTER (8:20-9:02)PREP-- This is a great opportunity to email or call to discuss any projects, questions etc.
---2nd hour(9:05-9:47) WOODS 1-- Students will learn safety, measuring, basic hand tools/power tools, skills to plan out and build projects.
---3rd hour(9:50-10:32) CAD-- CAD(computer aided design) will be learning basic drafting skills, blueprint reading, software design and combining those skills to be able to make projects on various machines.
---4th hour(10:35-11:17) WOODS 1-- Students will learn safety, measuring, basic hand tools/power tools, skills to plan out and build projects.
---5th hour (11:20-12:02)WOODS 1-- Students will learn safety, measuring, basic hand tools/power tools, skills to plan out and build projects.
---LUNCH (12:02-12:30)---
---6th hour (12:35-1:17) PREP-- This is a great opportunity to email or call to discuss any projects, questions etc.
***--6th hour 2nd semester (12:35-1:17) WELDING is a semseter class-- Students will learn safety, measuring, cutting torch, different types of welding and fabrication of metal to build/repair projects.
---7th hour(1:20-2:02) WOODS 2--- Woods 2 is a 2 period class so it will be 7th and 8th hour. Woods 2 is now a Dual Credit Class for LLCC. Please contact me for more information about the Dual credit for LLCC. Students will learn advanced tools, project planning, building skills, basics to build a structure including surveying, foundations, framing, hvac, plumbing, electric, insulation, drywall, doors/windows and roofing. Students will also get there OSHA 10 safety card. Woods 2 does a lot of projects for the community as well!

---RULES: Safety is my first priority!
1. Absolutely no horseplay will be tolerated!
2. Eye protection and proper clothing/shoes to be wore at all times in the shop.
3. Do not disturb anyone who is using tools especially power tools.
4. Always pay attention to the job at hand. keep hands and fingers at a safe distance from all tools/blades.
5. Never leave tools unattended while it is still running. Turn power off and wait until it has come to a complete stop.
6. Always secure long hair, clothing and jewelry as to not get caught in moving parts.
7. Only use tools that you have been trained to use and feel comfortable using.
8. ALL students must pass a safety and measuring test before working in the shop.
9. PUT ALL TOOLS BACK IN THE PROPER PLACE WHEN DONE USING AND CLEAN UP ANY MESSES
