About Us

This Transition Fair began 10 years ago at Medford High School. It was created to provide information and resources to students, families, and professionals. In 2014, Medford and Winchester High School's decided to join forces. Since then, our Transition Fair has become a regional event, attended by students, families, and professionals from not only Medford and Winchester, but also the surrounding communities.

Our goal is to create a yearly event that provides young people with disabilities (and their families) an opportunity to connect with people from state agencies, non-profit organizations, and community partners that can help them reach their future goals.
