We take pride in offering fair deals, quality merchandise, and honest service. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on purchased items.

Store Credit Exception

In limited cases, store credit may be offered at management’s discretion, provided that:

• The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
  
  

• The item is returned in the same condition
  
  

• The item has not been altered, damaged, or tampered with
  
  

• Original receipt is presented
  
  

Store credit has no cash value and must be used in-store.

Electronics & High-Value Items

All electronics, tools, and high-value items are tested and demonstrated prior to purchase. Once an item leaves the store, it is considered accepted as-is.

Jewelry, Precious Metals & Coins

For security and market reasons, all jewelry, precious metals, bullion, and coins are strictly final sale. No exceptions.

Pawn Transactions

Pawn loans are not sales. Items placed on pawn may be redeemed according to the terms of your pawn ticket. Pawn service fees and interest are non-refundable.
