My name is Shelby Engstrom (Mrs. Engstrom) and I will be your student's teacher this year!

I am so excited to get to know and work with you and your student this school year!

I am from Erskine, Minnesota and graduated from Win-E-Mac High School in 2014. After high school, I attended North Dakota State University where I received my dual degree in Human Development and Family Science from NDSU, and Elementary Education from Valley City State University in 2018. 

This is my eighth year teaching. I worked as a fourth grade teacher in Pembina, North Dakota for 4 years and Red Lake Falls, Minnesota for 2 years before coming to Win-E-Mac last year!

Besides teaching, I have also coached volleyball and basketball. Sports are a huge passion of mine! I have coached JV basketball, junior high basketball, junior high volleyball, c team, JV, and varsity volleyball. I have also done a lot of work with elementary volleyball as well. 

I currently live outside of Mentor with my husband, Jared and our two kids. Our son Walker is 3 and our daughter Lyla is 2. 

Outside of teaching and coaching, I enjoy reading, crafting, hunting, fishing, camping, and getting to spend time with my family!
