Teaching is my passion! I have been in this profession for 35 years. Twenty-two of those terrific years have been in North Carolina teaching kindergarten at New Hope. I moved from Florida in 2001 with 13 years of teaching a variety of elementary grades. I'm married to my high school sweetheart. We have a handsome 33 year old son that resides in Franklin, NC and a beautiful 30 year old daughter that lives in Rocky Mount, NC. A few of my favorite hobbies are gardening, traveling, and dabbling in a variety of crafts. I look forward to another fabulous year of working with students.
