NC Pre- K and Title 1 Pre-K Program
Pre-Kindergarten Program
Wilson County Schools offers a NC Pre-K and a Title 1 Targeted Assistance Pre-K Program. A targeted assistance program requires that students are assessed and those with the greatest academic need are served first.
Applications for the NC Pre-K/Title 1 Program are available for the 2024-2025 school year at any of our elementary schools. Children who will be four-years-old on or before Aug. 31, 2024 may be eligible. Please note there is a limited number of slots due to funding and that parents/guardians must provide transportation.
Applications should be returned to the WCS Central Office, any elementary school, or the Wilson County Partnership for Children. We will contact you to set up an appointment for screening. For more information, contact:
