Patient Portal

Patients may enroll in our Patient Portal.

• Patient Portal allows you to electronically view your personal health record through Patient Fusion
• To request enrollment: e-mail sluke@wilsonmedical.net or call on 307-733 5676

Following enrollment in the Patient Portal, Patents can:

1. View their medical records on line.
2. Electronically view test results, medications, diagnoses and care plans
3. Update patient medical history information and demographics. This avoids the annoying paperwork at the office!
