Boys and girls Cross Country is distance running. It is a Fall sport in which teams and individuals run races on open-air 2 mile courses over natural terrain. The official season runs from August to October. Meets can be during the week, and also on Saturdays. We will not race on Sundays. Runners must have appropriate athletic clothes, running shoes, and a water bottle for all practices. There will be a player's fee which will be announced at the beginning of the official XC season. This fee helps cover the cost of meets, uniforms, end of the season party, etc.

We will have planned summer workouts where we meet as a team at Cedars of Lebanon State Park. Please see the calendar to the left to view those practices. If you cannot attend and would like to train on your own, you can find a suggested workout plan above for over the summer.
