Dear Market Vendors,

The Friends of the Wilson Barn in cooperation with the City of Livonia will sponsor an open-air market on Saturday mornings, beginning July 10 through September 25, time 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Wilson Barn located on the NE corner of Middlebelt and West Chicago Roads.

Karen DePerro, will serve as Market Master assigning weekly rental space(s) and collecting rental fees. Rental fees are based on a 10 ft. by 10 ft. space and are payable on a weekly rate of $10 or a seasonal rate of $90. These fees are NON-REFUNABLE. Vendors who pay the seasonal rate will be assigned a permanent space. The Market opens at 9 a.m. If we have new vendors coming on Saturday, we ask new crafters to come after 8:45 a.m. We give new vendors the first available space leading up to the barn. This will make it easier for my volunteers to assign space at the Market. If you are a regular vendor who is assigned a space, please be in your space by 8:30 a.m., as your space could be assigned to another vendor that day. You would use the next available space if you come late.

Enclosed please find an application, waiver, and rules of the market. Please return your application and waiver to me by June 25, 2021 so I may assign you a space. Your seasonal fee can be paid on the first day of market or pay weekly if you wish. I will send you an acceptance note and map showing your assigned space before market begins.

The market will not be open on September 4 due to the holiday weekend.

This year Farmers Market and Pumpkin Fest are two different events, but all vendors and farmers are welcomed to come for both events. Space areas may be different for Pumpkin Fest, and fees charged will be different and separate from Famers Market.

Pumpkin Fest starts October 2nd. Remember, your assigned space may change when Pumpkin Fest begins and different fees will apply for this event.
