Dear Market Vendors,

The Friends of the Wilson Barn in cooperation with the City of Livonia will sponsor an open-air Livonia’s Wilson Barn Market on Saturday mornings, beginning June 20 through September 19, time 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Wilson Barn located on the NE corner of Middlebelt and West Chicago Roads. 

Karen DePerro, Friends of the Barn board member and market master will assign weekly rental space(s) and collect rental fees.  Rental fees are based on a 10 ft. by 10 ft. space and are payable on a weekly rate of $15 or a seasonal rate of $160.   These fees are NON-REFUNABLE. 

The Market opens at 9 a.m.  If we have new vendors coming on Saturday, we ask new crafters to come at 8:45 a.m.  We give new vendors the first available space leading up to the barn.  This will make it easier for my volunteers to assign space at the market.  If you are a regular vendor who has an assigned a space, please be in your area by 8:30 a.m. as your space could be assigned to another vendor that day.  You would use the next available space if you come late.  If you are a regular vendor that has an assigned space and cannot make it on Saturday, please let me know on Friday, so I can assign a new vendor to your space.

Please return your application and waiver to me by June 1, 2026 so I may assign you a space.  Your seasonal fee can be paid on the first day of market or pay weekly if you wish.  

I will send you an acceptance note and map showing your assigned space before market begins.

The market will not be open on July 4th and September 5th due to the holiday.  Thank you for participating in our market!
