Become a New Client

Thank you for your interest in The Willows Health and Recovery. We're honored you're considering us for your care. Before submitting your request, please review the information below so you know what to expect. 

The Willows Health and Recovery is a self-pay practice and does not accept any insurance. We are happy to provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service.

Most new clients begin with a 2-hour psychiatric evaluation ($420).

Some services (including ketamine treatment, ADHD testing, and GeneSight testing) require establishing care with a provider before they can be completed.

A $125 deposit and a credit card on file are required to secure your first appointment. The deposit is applied toward your initial visit. We will send you a secured credit card authorization form once you are ready to schedule for adding your card information to your chart safely.

Appointments are available via telehealth or in-person.
