You may already have the Google Apps on your iOS device. Take a look at the headings below to find the set of instructions that is right for you.
We have brief videos available on each of the different apps and how to work with them on your mobile device. The short content means you can get the answers you need quickly.
(such as the Gmail app for your personal Gmail Account)
Tap the Gmail app on your iPhone, and then tap the colored circle with your initial in it on the upper right.
From there, tap + Add Another Account and enter in your @willowcreek.org work email credentials. Follow the instructions to complete logging in.
Once your work account has been added, Tap the circle on the top right to switch between your accounts.
When managing two accounts at a time, the Gmail app keeps both accounts completely separate.
On your phone, go to the App Store and search for “Google.” We recommend downloading Gmail and Google Calendar.
Note: You may want to preserve data by downloading these apps when you have Wifi access.
Once the apps have downloaded, launch the Gmail app and follow the instructions to complete logging in with your @willowcreek.org work credentials. After the Gmail app has been set up, continue logging in to the other Google apps you installed in order to connect them to your work account as well.
