What is a Raider Rockstar ?
A Raider Rockstar is a student who has been recognized by a building staff member for following building wide expectations by their teacher and receives an award in the classroom for the month. They will receive special recognition and get to have lunch with their teacher!
How often do you have assemblies?
There is a Raider Rockstar assembly quarterly to celebrate our success! You can see our schedule of events here. We have one assembly at the end of the year for our Remarkable Raider award.
How can I be involved with PBIS at Mary Welsh?
We would LOVE parent volunteers to be a part of our celebrations and planning. Please email one of our coaches Rose Driscoll or Jessica Woods to get involved!
How can you help at home?
You can reinforce our Raider Ready expectations at home by reminding your students to be respectful, responsible, and safe. You can talk about ways that they can show these characteristics both at school and at home. At the beginning of the year we teach lessons on how to demonstrate these behaviors in all areas of the school.
