Is my bookkeeper a trained professional?

Yes, all our bookkeepers are trained in professional bookkeeping practices and standards. Many have additional training and certifications and have experience working in a variety of bookkeeping and accounting positions. 

How do I communicate with my bookkeeper?

There are a variety of different ways you can reach out to your virtual bookkeeper. You can call them, communicate via email, set up virtual meetings, or do a combination of all three. We use a service called Notion as a main hub for all information (you will get a walkthrough on how to use this.)

How often will my bookkeeper work on my books?

This depends on how much bookkeeping work you have and what you need. When you contact Williams & Associates, LLC, we’ll discuss what your needs are and how much work you’ll have for your bookkeeper. Then we’ll determine a schedule for your bookkeeper that meets those needs. 

 Can my bookkeeper prepare and file my company's taxes?

Yes and No. At this time Williams & Associates, LLC does offer tax preparations (we can get all your needed documents organized), however, at this time we do not offer tax filing. 

We are currently undergoing training to be able to offer tax filing services soon. We have great recommendations we can provide until this service is available.
