On Friday, Jonathan Kraft will be speaking at the Brooks Rogers Recital Hall (Chapin Hall Dr). On Saturday, all panels will be taking place in the Faculty House (968 Main Street) or Weston Hall (995 Main St). Individual panel locations can be found on the conference schedule. The image below shows how to get from the Faculty House to Weston Hall.
No registration is needed (but is recommended) to attend any of the panels on Friday or Saturday! RSVP is required, however, for the Community Dinner on the 23rd (students only), the Career Conversations on the 24th (students only), and the Women In Sports Breakfast on the 24th (all welcome). RSVPs for the Women in Sports Breakfast can be found here.
Check-in on the 24th will occur in the Faculty House beginning at 8 AM. All registered attendees will receive pre-made badges, and unregistered attendees will have the opportunity to make their own.
The suggested dress code for On Deck is business casual. As it is a sports business conference, nice sneakers are allowed.
Nearby hotels include the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites, The Porches Inn at Mass MoCA, TOURISTS, and the Maple Terrace Motel. The nearest Greyhound bus stop is located in Pittsfield, MA (35 minute drive), and the nearest airport/train stations are located in Albany, NY, (1 hour drive) and Hartford, CT (2 hour drive).
Free parking is available in the parking garage behind the ‘62 Center for Theater and Dance, just off of Route 7, and on Park Street. Furthermore, there is parking near Brooks Rogers behind Chapin Hall. Accessible parking spaces are available on level one of the garage. EV charging stations are also located on level one.
