The Williams College Community garden is governed by a steering committee elected at the annual membership meeting, and one ex officio voting member appointed by the Director of the Zilkha Center. An annual participants meeting is organized by the steering committee and held in the spring after plots are assigned and before spring planting begins, after Spring Break concludes.
