When is the Williams AWM Symposium?
Saturday, March 7th, 2026 from 9am-5:30pm.
Where is the Williams AWM Symposium held?
Registration, breakfast, and lunch will take place in the Faculty House (968 Main Street).
The plenary talks, student talks, and afternoon coffee/tea will take place in the Wachenheim Science Center (18 Hoxsey Street). The plenary talks will be in Bronfman Auditorium (B11) and the student talks will take place in classrooms (015, 113, 114). The afternoon coffee/tea will be in the Frank Morgan Library (2nd floor).
Check-in Information
Check-in will occur in the Faculty House beginning at 9am. All registered attendees will receive a pre-made ID badge, and unregistered attendees will have the opportunity to make their own.
Parking Information
Free parking is available in the Parking Garage (45 Whitman St) behind the ‘62 Center for Theater and Dance. Accessible parking spaces and EV charging stations are available on the upper level of the garage.
Accessbility Information
Accessible parking spaces are available on the upper level of the Parking Garage, and accessible bathrooms are available in both the Faculty House and in Wachenheim Science Center. Please reach out directly if you have any specific questions/concerns.
