NOVEMBER 1-4, 2023

Wednesday: Nov 1, 2023

• Depart School for Washington D.C. (rest stops will be made every 2-3 hours)

• Students will pack their own lunches to eat on the way

• Arrive in Washington DC - for a visit to the Pentagon Memorial

• Arrive for Dinner at Pentagon City Mall food court ($15 each included)

• Check into our hotel for a three-night stay  (private nighttime supervision provided)

Thursday: Nov 2, 2023

• Wake-up - Breakfast at the hotel (included)

• Depart for Arlington - Visit Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Changing of the Guard, and the Kennedy Gravesites.  (Activities will be accompanied by a licensed step-on tour guide).  Next, we will visit Iwo Jima Memorial and the Air Force Memorial.

• Lunch at a local food court ($15 each included)

• After lunch: We will visit Lafayette Park for a Photo opportunity of the White House.  Next, we will visit Lincoln, Korea, Vietnam, and WWII Memorials.  We will end our afternoon with a visit to MKL, FDR, and Jefferson Memorials.

• Dinner at a local sitdown restaurant 

• Return to hotel (private nighttime supervision provided) 

Friday: Nov 3, 2023

• Wake-up - Breakfast at the hotel (included)

• Depart for Capitol Visitors Center - tour Capital (pending availability)

• Visits to the Library of Congress, Supreme Court, and Holocaust Museum

• The Rest of the Day will be spent in small groups touring selected Smithsonian Museums

• Lunch ($15 each included)

• Our final stop, time permitting, is the Pentagon Memorial.

• Dinner and Bowling (included)

• Return to hotel (private nighttime supervision provided)

Saturday: Nov 4, 2023

• Wake-up - Breakfast at the hotel (included)

• The final departure of the Hotel. 

• Visit George Washington’s Estate at Mount Vernon (Mansion tours - included).  

• Lunch at Mount Vernon ($15 provided for their food court)

• Return Trip home - stopping every 2-3 hours

• Dinner (boxed meal - Firehouse Sub)

• Arrive Back at School

• Llegada a Washington DC - para una visita nocturna al Pentagon Memorial

• Llegada para cenar en el patio de comidas del Pentagon City Mall ($10 cada uno incluido)

• Regístrese en nuestro hotel para una estadía de tres noches (se proporciona supervisión nocturna privada)

Jueves: el 2 de noviembre, 2023

• Despertar - Desayuno en el hotel (incluido)

• Salida hacia Arlington - Visita a la Tumba del Soldado Desconocido, Cambio de Guardia, y las tumbas de Kennedy. (Las actividades estarán acompañadas por un guía turístico licenciado). A continuación, visitaremos el Iwo Jima Memorial y el Air Force Memorial.

• Almuerzo en un patio de comidas local ($15 cada uno incluido)

• Después del almuerzo: Visitaremos el Parque Lafayette para tomar una foto de la Casa Blanca. A continuación, visitaremos los monumentos conmemorativos de Lincoln, Corea, Vietnam y la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Terminaremos nuestra tarde con una visita a MKL, FDR y Jefferson Memorials.

• Salida hacia el Centro de Visitantes del Capitolio - tour Capital (dependiendo de la disponibilidad)

• Visitas a la Biblioteca del Congreso, Corte Suprema, y Holocaust Museum

• El resto del día se pasará en pequeños grupos recorriendo museos Smithsonian seleccionados

• Almuerzo ($15 cada uno incluido)

• Nuestra última parada, si el tiempo lo permite, es el Pentágono Memorial.

• Cena y Bolos (incluidos)

• Regreso al hotel (se proporciona supervisión privada nocturna)

Sábado: el 4 de noviembre, 2023

• Wake-up - Desayuno en el hotel (incluido)

• La salida final del Hotel. 

• Visite la finca de George Washington en Mount Vernon (visitas a la mansión, incluidas).  

• Almuerzo en Mount Vernon ($ 15 proporcionados para su patio de comidas)

• Viaje de regreso a casa: parando cada 2-3 horas

• Cena (comida en caja - Firehouse Sub)

• Llegada de regreso a la escuela
